- May 18th: 3 Rivers Watch (Boating) - Allegheny River | 1 - 3:30 PM
- To learn more about how you can spot and report pollution, join us for a 3 Rivers Watch In-Person Pollution Patrol. We will have two sessions with a max of 3 people for each session as we will be going out on the Waterkeeper boat! Those who attend these events will also receive a 3 Rivers Watch manual and other fun items!

- May 19th: Pittsburgh “Blue Vinyl,” Conversation with Filmmaker Judith Helfand + East Palestine Train Derailment | 2 - 5 PM
- In a national exclusive, join filmmaker Judith Helfand for a screening of her award-winning film “Blue Vinyl” followed by a discussion of the East Palestine train derailment with experts on the ground. Vinyl chloride, the subject of Helfand’s 2002 “toxicomedy,” is the substance that was burned by Norfolk Southern in East Palestine, Ohio, dousing the region in dioxins and upending the lives of residents.

- May 20th: Be a Water Advocate for Your Community - Carrick | 5 - 6 PM
- Interested in learning how to be a Water Advocate? This spring we will be at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh- Carrick with Watersheds of South Pittsburgh to talk about water issues in your community and how to advocate for clean water! We hope to see you there!

- June 5th: Be a Water Advocate for Your Community - Mt. Washington | 6:30 - 7:30 PM
- Interested in learning how to be a Water Advocate? This spring we will be at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh- Mount Washington with Watersheds of South Pittsburgh to talk about water issues in your community and how to advocate for clean water! We hope to see you there!

- June 6th: What’s in the Water? Regulations and Advocacy in Homestead | 6 - 7 PM
- Have you ever wondered what impacts our water quality and what regulations are in place to protect it? Join Three Rivers Waterkeeper to learn how and why to advocate for clean water in your community. We will discuss sources of water pollution, share information about our clean water laws and advocacy actions, and talk about ways you can make flood-friendly choices in your daily life. Recommended for adults.

- June 15th: Three Rivers Waterkeeper's Summer Kickoff
- Join Three Rivers Waterkeeper at the Allegheny RiverTrail Park for a kickoff to the summer season and celebration of Pennsylvania's River of the Year! This event is family-friendly and free to the public! We'll have light refreshments, games, live music, free kayaking (first come, first serve), fun and educational watershed activities, door prize and raffle items, and more!

- June 26th: Colors of the River: Art-Based Water Research | 6 - 7:30 PM
- Have you ever wondered if the colors around us are more than just pretty? Join us as we venture into Pittsburgh’s waterways to explore riparian pigments and what they can tell us about water quality. We will use art-based research methods to understand abstract scientific concepts by making paintings out of the surrounding colored materials such as leaves, bark, and rocks.

- June 30th: Allegheny River Sojourn at Franklin, PA | 9:15 AM
- Join us for a kayak sojourn down the Allegheny River to celebrate PA's 2024 River of the Year! We will start in Franklin, PA and kayak to Fisherman's Cove (9 miles). There will also be a post-sojourn social hour! Register early to get $10 off your kayak rental!
